WATCHET CARNIVAL – LAST WEEKEND IN JULY – SATURDAY 29 JULY TO SUNDAY 30 JULY 2023.
Lots of various fun activities and free entertainment for all ages to enjoy over this special weekend of community celebration; bringing people together, enjoying time spent with family and friends, making many happy smiley faces and wonderful special memories.
Carnival Day Saturday “Open Theme” (2pm-8pm) – a whole day/evening of superb entertainment; music, singing, dancing and children’s activities on The Esplanade, on Swain St & Market St and at other venues in the town. We hope shops, cafes, businesses, pubs and clubs can transform their facilities with their own chosen themes and colourful creativeness. All welcome to wear fancy dress.
Carnival Fayre Family Fun Day Sunday (midday to 5.00pm) on Watchet Memorial Ground. High quality entertainment, children’s amusements and a wide variety of stalls.
